Inez Mangino

I am broadly interested in coastal marine ecology. I previously worked with Dr. Jenifer Dugan as a lab assistant assessing the performance of California's Marine Protected Areas in surf zone and sandy beach ecosystems. Now, I am a first-year Ph.D. student working with Dr. Robert Miller focusing on kelp forest systems. Specifically, I am interested in the epifaunal communities within giant kelp forests in the Santa Barbara Channel.
